[mythtv-users] mythplugins fail to install today

Hard drive issues caused me to complete rebuild my development system
today. I got it working without the mythplugins but late today decided to
install them so I'd have mythweb.

I got a failure. I put the console log while installing in pastebin:

I also noticed this error this morning right around the time I lost my hard
drive.  I hope it's not related?
