Since my QuadHD is from a 2019-02-19 order I did, I'm guessing it's old
enough to work with the latest Ubuntu 20.04.1 kernel 5.4.0. I'll try
picking the default Ubuntu kernel at boot and see.

If that works, I hope just uninstalling the Hauppauge stuff will go
smoothly.
