[mythtv-users] Initiate reschedule

I'm adjusting recording priorities for channels, sources, capture cards, 
etc, and each time I make a change I run mythfilldatabase to 
reschedule.  I've been looking for a way to initiate the reschedule 
without a full mythfilldatabase run and, so far, all I've found is this:

but I didn't find anything about how to connect and issue this command.  
Can this command (and others) be issued via the embedded web interface?
