Intel graphics on Haswell chipset --noticeable picture quality 
improvement. (previously iffy)

Displaying 1080i 50 Hz on a 60 Hz second screen (cannot change to 50hz a 
dual monitor issue )


Nvidia 1030 driver 435.21on large screen TV driven by Haswell chipset

NVDec --works well - but occasionally get -could not open decoder

W CoreContext opengl/mythopenglvideo.cpp:419 (SetupFrameFormat) GLVid: 
New frame format: None:None 1920x1080 (Tex: 2D) -> NVDec:NV12 1920x1080 
(Tex: 2D)

High quality VDPAU --works well

Strange de-interlacer aspect
