Thanks for that explanation. Yes, after a repeat run I now have a
complete set of rpms for CentOS 7. Currently building for f27 too
before I try installing them on the SL7x production box. But IIUC the
ancient intel Q33 video hardware there doesn't do vaapi, so I'm not
expecting any major improvement. Just hoping for binary compatibility...

Well.... The el7 build completed but installing the gtb-libvpx package
has problems. Both gstreamer-plugins-bad-free and
gstreamer-plugins-good require libvpx.so.1()(64bit) while the new
package provides libvpx.so.5()(64bit). I think I could live without the
-bad-free dependencies, but removing -good would break most of the
system. For now I'll stay with my earlier build without vpx. But
thanks anyway :-)
