Neat project, but not really quite what I'm looking for, unless I am
misunderstanding it's feature set.

I want to connect to an HTTP server at a given URL and receive an HLS
stream for that URL, where that URL specifies the channel to view.  The
HTTP server tunes the channel and starts passing the already mpeg2-
encoded content to the HTTP (HLS) client.
