[mythtv-users] Lose TV tuners after PC reboot

Hi,

After I reboot my PC, MythTV cannot access my TV tuner box for some reason.
This means that recordings all fail, and LiveTV just returns immediately to
the menu page.

I've noticed that this started happening a few months ago.

A "solution" is to stop the BE, run mythtv-setup, go to Setup Capture
Cards, and simply "enter" each existing card (they are still defined) and
save and exit. Then restart the BE and all works.

My system details:

* Mythbuntu 16.04
* MythTV 29.1+fixes
* Combined FE + BE
* HDHomerun network dual tuner (HDHR4-2DT)


Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
