That depends on the user jobs and the CPU.  Comm flagging no longer
takes up the entire resources of a core on modern CPUs.  But you might
have other jobs such as transcoding that do.  In any case, I believe
the default setup for jobs has them run at lower priority than the
mythbackend threads that do recordings, and probably lower than all
mythbackend threads.  So I would suggest using one job per core as the
default now, but keep an eye on htop while you are recording multiple
channels at once to see how well it is actually working and adjust as
necessary.
