[mythtv-users] HDHomerun Connect, Runs Hot, Experience?

Has anyone had experience with the necessity or success of cooling the
HDHomerun Connect?

I just bought a new HDHomerun Connect for my Myth system, because I had
problems with my original HDHr.  In the process of troubleshooting the
original one, I removed the case and discovered that the PCB was discolored
under the tuner chips, and all the chips (RF and Digital) run pretty hot to
the touch.  The older HDHr seems to have much poorer performance than the
new one also, it seems to drop out the signal a lot easier than the new
one.  However, the testing done hasn't been thorough.

I'm thinking of heat sinking or at least forced air cooling the board and
wonder if anyone has had experience they would like to share.

In particular, I wonder how much difference it might make in tuner S/N
ratio and performance.
