Know that any old style amplifier is designed to amplify analog
signals and will not work on digital signals. When I just under 2
years ago stept from analog to digital, I discovered the signal was
bad. So I bought an amplifier and the signal became worse. Next I went
to my cable company and asked them and they sold me one that works
really good. It's a Technetix ITV kit solo.
I also found I had to include the splitter to separate the internet
signal of the TV signal or the signal quality would fluctuate with the
density of traffic on internet.
