Please don't top-post!
The moment you mentioned "HD Homerun" my first thought was power supplies. They are a known factor
that can cause problems after a while.
You say the other HDHR has other problems. Have you tried switching power supplies to see if the
problems move? Try also finding another supply (of the same voltage and wattage, of course) to see
if that improves anything.

I apologise for "top" posting I am new to these mailing list thingies.
The other HD Homerun did loose a power supply and I had a replacement on hand but the problems are sporadic, with the new tool I discover above I might be able to troubleshoot a bit more.
