You can specify the order to select tuners for
scheduled and livetv (in the configuration).  A
standard approach (the usual recommended)
is to select scheduled in the order 1,2,3,4,...n
and the livetv order as n....4,3,2,1.  This tends
to minimize the conflicts (presuming all tuners
have access to the same channels).

So what you are experiencing appears to be
your configuration.  You do not need to wait
for your upgrade to fix your configuration.
