LoL.

When I returned the STB, after receiving the cablecard. The Rep. in the
Verizon store took it upon herself to assume I was canceling my services.
She promptly told me I would be charged the full price of the cabelcard if
it was not returned as well.

After I picked my jaw up from the floor. And asked "Who said cancel the
services?" She said "You wanted to return STB, so that mean cancel the
service"

What a mess to reverse the service cancellation.


And that it why I'll most likely purchase the Verizon router.
