Which is an interesting point. If channels can move muxes ad hoc, would it be possible for myth to
'discover' these changes automatically?
The alternative is to perform a scan at significantly reduced intervals, something that can be a
time-consuming maintenance task.
Even noticing potential changes, for example by doing a cron job which scanned (say) at 4 am and
compared with yesterday's scan and then emailing the result could be a help. That doesn't help with
rescanning myth and reallocating channel numbers but it would be a start. Automatic would be even
better.
