[mythtv-users] Where did "Always stream recordings from the backend" go?

I'm suddenly running into a weird issue where my front end can't access
some recordings. My recordings live on the back end's storage groups on a
couple SMB shares hosted by a Windows Storage Server, and I'm seeing that
my front end is authenticating (or attempting to authenticate) as a
different user than the back end, and the recording eventually times out
with "Failed to read the first 2048 bytes". Playback of the same files
still works in Mythweb and Plex's MythTV plugin.

I did some poking and was reminded of the "Always stream recordings from
the backend" setting in Setup - TV Settings - General and wanted to see if
that would help. However, I can no longer find the option. Did it
disappear? I'm running 0.27.4.
