[mythtv-users] Transcoding Audio Options

OK, I figured it out.  In addition to putting the command in, you also have
to tell it to run it on the backend.  I thought that once you put the
command in and check the box in mythweb, it will run.  There was one more
checkbox in the general settings to allow it to run.  Argh.
