I'm guessing you didn't create a cutlist.  Commercial flagging creates
flags, but that's not the same as a cut list.  You need to follow the
procedure Michael Stucky described in his message.  There may be a way
to automate transforming flags to a cutlist without making any
adjustments, but in my experience, the flags are not accurate enough
for that.
