Check your mysql error log, named 'yourhostname.err'  which will he
wherever the database files live - often /var/lib/mysql/ - for any errors
or oddities; the last lines should tell the tale.

Based on the error you may have more tables to repair or maybe a corrupt
innodb if you use that table type.  But the logs should give you some idea
of what to try next.  Bpaste.net if you'd like more eyes on them.
