I don't see him writing that the db was unreachable. He said just the
backend service and if I read correct that is all he restarts.

One other possibility. He has homeruns like me. My system was often
sluggish and more and more recordings kept failing. I replaced the
powerfeed even though it's only three month old and all response
things seem te be fixed. So maybe...?
