The card in question is a Dvico Diual Digital 4 (usbid 0fe9:db78).

I tried to buy the "Leadtek WinFast DTV2000DS"  but ended up with a
"Leadtek WinFast DTV2000DS Plus" which is based on an rtl8xxx chipset
and does not currently have mainline support. I am working on that...
