To me two things seem apparent:
- /usr/local/bin/change-channel.sh doesn't exist anymore
- Your ir device is not installed (no socket)
So I suggest reinstalling and reconfiguring of the lirc part.
Since lirc uses kernel drivers it has to be compiled/configured for
the kernel you use. Probably loading lirc-serial will give an error.
Try modprobe lirc-serial.
