   ...based on "quacks like a duck" rationale? Really? The
only reason this situation is even an issue is the fact that
the Supremes f*cked up royally and lesser courts were more 
than happy to throw salt on the wound rather than to comply
with the finding of a superior court.

   The judiciary has dropped the ball on this all away around.
