[mythtv-users] Where Did Myth Transcode Go?

I am testing out a new mythbuntu 10.04.1 (0.27.4) system that is an 
upgrade from 0.21-fixes.  In 0.21-fixes, while watching a recording, I 
could press M to bring up the menu and select Transcoding -> Default to 
schedule a lossless transcode.  I cannot find the Transcoding option in 
the M menu with 0.27.4.  Where did it go?
