I'm glad you mentioned that. It looks like 0.24 is a good intermediate step
for the older systems. I'd also recommend as Stephen Worthington
mentioned--get each database up to the same version first (ideally 0.27),
then you will have a sane schema to merge (which is hard enough in itself).
