I learned recently that XBMC can do series recording through the XBMC
frontend. It previously couldn't and I always refer people to mythweb.

Anyway in XBMC, in the EPG, hit 'context menu' (keyboard c, or
appropriate remote button) and choose 'client options' - all will be
revealed!
