Duplicate matching is not dependent on which recording rule was used to 
record the episode.  The recording rule only specifies whether or not to 
ignore the list of already-recorded episodes.

The only thing that requires a specific "parentage" of recording rule is 
"max episodes", but IIRC "max episodes" doesn't work/isn't used for 
Custom/Power Rules, anyway.
