[mythtv-users] HDMI output lost when TV is power cycled

I had the same issue with an intel nuc 54250wyk. I found that I could
see the screen if I went to a different TTY (i.e. CTRL+ALT+F3) - and
could reset the x server so it would redetect. It seems only to happen
intermittently though, and it hasn't seemed to happen after the last
few auto updates for Mythbuntu 14.04
