[mythtv-users] Diagnosing Partial Lock

My Ceton InfiniTV cable capture card is giving me a Partial Lock (TL__) with a signal strength of 100%.  The Ceton web interface is showing me that I've got a signal level of 2.8 dBmV (they recommend -4 to +4), and a signal to noise ratio of 35.1 dB.  It also tells me that all of my channels are "Copy Free" (WoW is my provider BTW).  I can view all channels via mplayer using the command:  cat /dev/ceton/ctn91xx_mpeg0_0 | mplayer -cache 8192 -


So I'm tuned and locked, but not getting any signal.

Can anybody give me any help to troubleshoot this problem?
