And for those following at home, SCOTUS has
granted review to "ABC, Inc., v. Aereo, Inc.".
Arguments (probably) towards end of term,
and that means (probably) an end of June-ish
decision (unless they punt).
And while I would not be surprised to see the
losing party appeal to Congress to change
the laws, at least some amount of uncertainty
will be eliminated.
