Is it a problem to do one scan, move the antenna, then do another scan ?
If not, then what might be best is to delete all channels (gives you a clean channel database that you don't get with any other option than "delete all channels on all hosts"). Then you can either do a full scan, or do a scan all existing transports. I forget the options now, but you can do a new scan while keeping existing channels - thus you can scan all your transports and you won't get anything for those that are on "the other" antenna position, and then do another scan to get those other channels.
Also, there's a tick box to get related transports - so if either of the transmitters has added a new multiplex then (assuming their data is correct), you should find the new transport added automatically. That's how it works over here in the UK, dunno if things are that "clean" over there.
