[mythtv-users] Cablecard spec change undermining CCI Copy Freely flags

It most definitely is encrypted. From the prime's website when tuning the
channel:

Virtual Channel 228 NATHD
Frequency 219.000 MHz
Program Number 228

And the corresponding entry from the hdhomerun_config scan:

SCANNING: 219000000 (us-irc:23, us-cable:23)
LOCK: qam256 (ss=84 snq=100 seq=100)
TSID: 0x76B1
PROGRAM 228: 228 NATHD (encrypted)
PROGRAM 231: 231 FXHD (encrypted)
PROGRAM 236: 236 AMCHD (encrypted)


Also, I recently setup a new TV and that the channel was not available
after doing a channel scan for clear QAM channels on the TV.
