A bit of a concern??


Generally when a system gets "this is not a bootable disk, insert 
floppy", the boot HDD is going bad (or about to die).  The drive is 
taking longer than expected to spin up/initialize.  Also possible faulty 
motherboard (or power supply) can cause this type of issue.
