[mythtv-users] Sapphire remote

PS as you press keys, the event_count in /proc/sapphire should increment.

If you bring up an xterm and press the number keys they should show up.

Mine even works in the grub screen, before any kernel or drivers have
even been started, ie it should work as a basic hid keyboard even
without the drivers from rtr.ca
