[mythtv-users] Switching input source while watching Live TV causes video offset

Hello,

I have Mythbuntu 12.04 (Myth fixes 0.25 v 0.25.3-49-g5adf03) using
HdHomerun3 Tuner for quite sometime (>1 year) without any problems. I
have been able to record OTR programs and watch live TV fine.

But whenever I try to switch the input source while watching Live TV
(Menu->Source->Switch Input) , the video gets shifted to the right
occupying the right 30% of the screen. There is no horizonal compression
but I can only see 30% of the picture.  This happens even if choose the
same input (tuner) But when I quit wtaching Live TV (Esc) and select
'Watch TV' again it is fine.

 I never had to switch the source so far but the otherday I was trying
to watch while recording a channel. I found I could only watch the
channel within the multiplex broadcast and so I had to switch the source
input  to the other tuner.
