Known bug: http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/11119  It's been around since
0.25 at least, and it was described to me as a race condition, which can be
hard to fix. Another bug I think we've experienced is if you "watch while
recording" but exit Live TV before the recording is finished, the recording
will be stopped (and it will end up in the Live TV group as you've found).
I didn't find this particular bug listed, so maybe it's just my imagination
(but it's worth me re-testing).
