[Mark] I always just assumed that was Mythcommflag's way of handling EOF being reached (which may be more or less just run off the end to where no more file data is provided hence the decoding error?). I get same decoding error message with commflag detection but the skip points are still inserted. I don't think it is anything to worry about. Should be able to test if seek table is present by skipping forward in the file during playback?
