[mythtv-users] Can't rebuild seektable on some mp4

This is going back to last year's thread "show pops up End of Recording but
plays through Mythweb"

Still don't have another recording drive so occasionally shrink down SD
shows broadcast on HD channels if we're not going to be able to watch them
right away. Saves a few gigs.

As I reported in the previous thread, the end of recording message will pop
up a couple of seconds into the show. Strangely this only seems to happen
with a few channels, other SD shows from other channels shrink and play
with no problem.

Just tried to manually run an index reiulbd on the file in question and got
this:

mythcommflag --file 1019_20130918060000.mp4 --rebuild
