I think that will result in having two copies of the same channel. I think
you could simply just delete the old SPEEDHD channel in mythweb. However,
that can be problematic on default installs--you have to tweak some PHP
and/or web server settings to accept the large number of variables when you
click Save on the channels page. If that doesn't work, you could just run
mythtv-setup and delete the SPEEDHD channel there.
