I assume you are using schedules direct for your listings.

You need to edit your channels, update the channel name and XMLTV ID.
The easiest way is using mythweb. If you don't have mythweb you will
have to use the backend setup, channel edit option. To get the correct
XMLTV ID look at your schedules direct subscription page where you list
the lineup. It may be that Schedules direct has not caught up with the
change yet, but you should be able to find the correct XMLTV ID to plug
into the mythtv channel list. Even if schedules direct shows a different
number for the channel, as long as you use the correct XMLTV ID it will
work correctly. After updating run a full download of schedules direct
(run mythfilldatabase --dd-grab-all ).
