Seriously... blame SiliconDust for your mistake all you want... swear
off their product and tell all your friends what a horrible company
they are... I don't think anyone on this list cares. We all know that
SiliconDust makes the most capable, reliable, and best supported
hardware in their market. You will see recommendations every day for
their stuff on this list and elsewhere. I really don't think losing
you as a customer is going to hurt them much.
Or, recognize that you simply bought the wrong thing, and get the
right one... you really can't go wrong with an HDHR, assuming you buy
the right one.
I just don't understand your anger... seems like a complete waste of energy.
