[mythtv-users] Changing Dish Channels

I have an HD-PVR connected to a Dish Network box.  They like to move
channels around like everyone else.  Schedules Direct usually seems to be
on top of these changes.  Does anyone see an issue with me say settings a
cron job to run weekly to do a mythfilldatabase --only-update-channels
 which I now do manually.  Usually I have to wait for something to fail or
a live tv choice to be off.  Does anyone do something different?
