When I was fiddling with the number of my virtual tuners I had to make
sure they are all created when the card is added so they are back to
back. With newer releases you can just set the recording order.

The important part is to let the scheduler try all virtual tuners of the
first physical tuner before using a tuner on the next physical tuner.
