Not a question of "dreamlike quality" at all.  5 generations of humans 
have become adapted to "frame-judder == reality".

So you're suggesting "every film ever released except IMAX, and every 
dramatic TV series ever releases" is "arty films"?  I think not.

Peter Jackson thinks so too, apparently.  I think he's wrong.  It will be
3 more generations before the majority thinks that, IMHO.

I dunno; I've seen quite a number of action movies in 24fps theatres, and
I have only had nausea induced by watching... 60fps Imax in a dome.
