I wonder if anyone has ever tried to write a script that essentially 
does what myth.find_orphans.py does, but only for caches, i.e.: it 
figures out what cache files no longer relate to recordings/videos and 
it deletes them. I think this would only really be useful for thumbcache 
and remotecache, since themecache should be pretty static.

The purist might say, "Eh, just delete the all the caches once a month 
if you're worried about space." The speed difference is noticeable, 
though, and I'd hate to inflict it on my wife and kids once a month.
