Nope, I'm not. I know the difference quite well. It's just that, when
I start analyzing space I'm looking at lots of stuff on the file
system. My drives are used for a lot more than recordings: archived
recordings, downloaded videos, ripped dvd/bluray collection, photo
archive, home movies, system backups, etc. I do like to know how much
each thing is using,. as well as look into what (if anything) can be
cleaned up in each group. I fully admit, I'm far from the typical user
in that respect. If I had lots more money, I'd just throw drives at
the problem and never worry about it, but since I don't, I like to
know that sort of stuff to manage it.

Not better for me, since I'd prefer CLI for that, and because I look
at so much more than myth could even know about.
