[mythtv-users] does the backend need root privileges?

It worked for me after creating an empty file
/etc/sysconfig/mythbackend. The script tests for this and includes it,
but doesn't need it to contain any text.

There's a user mythbackend, and that is what the init script uses
to run the backend server.
