Easier to go into edit mode to make the cutlist, run a lossless 
MPEG2->MPEG2 transcode using mythtranscode, and then move the recording 
into the video library using mythvidexport.py. Saves the time and 
quality loss of re-encoding something into a DVD-usable format.
