I cant comment on XBMC's functionality (although I know youtube &
mythexport video works as have tested at a friends, will test next time I'm
there),
but I know youtube and videos from my itunes library works fine and the
same with mp3 audio, potentially DRM content purchased from itunes might
have issues with playback?,
I'm not sure as I haven't tested.

however I have seen slow motion playback issues with recordings exported
with mythexport (usually in the last few minutes of the recording) when
attempting to play them back in the podcast app via airplay (they playback
perfectly on the iphone or ipad all the way through)
