Nope. A Live TV session will not automatically change tuners until it
must in order to access a channel. You can manually tell it to switch to
a virtual tuner on the in-use physical tuner. You can manually tell it
to switch out of Live TV, and over to the in-progress recording. It will
not do either of these itself.
