[mythtv-users] changing behavior to NOT take up two tuners on same channel

How do I change the behavior of MythTV to NOT take up two tuners when 
recording a channel and someone happens to be watching same channel?

Here's my encoder status:

Encoder 1 [ HDHOMERUN : 1032X1EC-0 ] is local on mythtvhp and is 
watching Live TV 'The Chew' on KOAT-DT. This recording is scheduled to 
end at 1:00 PM.
Encoder 2 [ HDHOMERUN : 1032X3EC-0 ] is local on mythtvhp and is not 
recording.
Encoder 3 [ HDHOMERUN : 1032X1EC-1 ] is local on mythtvhp and is 
recording 'The Chew' on KOAT-DT. This recording is scheduled to end at 
1:00 PM.
Encoder 4 [ HDHOMERUN : 1032X3EC-1 ] is local on mythtvhp and is not 
recording.

As you can see, two tuners are being used for the same program.  Is 
there a way to fix this?
